REFUND POLICY
Last updated: 2026-09-23
FormaRise provides digital content and digital services, access to which is generally provided immediately after purchase.
Due to the nature of the digital Product, payments are generally non-refundable once access has been provided, except where expressly provided by this Policy or required by applicable law.
1. ACCESS ISSUES
You may be entitled to a refund if:
- you made a valid payment;
- due to a technical issue on the Service side, you did not receive access to the purchased Product (an “Access Issue”).
If such an issue occurs, contact support at [email protected].
We will take reasonable steps to resolve the issue within 14 business days after receiving sufficient information to review it.
If we are unable to provide or restore paid access within that period, we will refund the relevant payment.
2. CASES WHERE REFUNDS ARE GENERALLY NOT PROVIDED
Except where otherwise required by applicable law, refunds are generally not provided if:
- access to the Product was successfully provided, but you decided not to use it;
- you used only part of the available content or features;
- you did not start or complete a program, course, workout or other material;
- you did not achieve the expected result;
- you no longer wish to use the Product or changed your mind;
- you were unable to use the Product for reasons outside our reasonable control;
- you cancelled the subscription after the paid period had begun;
- you request a refund for the unused portion of an already paid period.
Non-use of the Product alone does not mean that the service was not provided if the relevant access was available to the user.
3. TRIAL PERIOD AND AUTOMATIC RENEWAL
If a trial or introductory period was offered at the time of purchase, its price and duration, as well as the price and frequency of subsequent renewal, are displayed during checkout.
If the subscription is not cancelled before the end of the applicable period, it automatically renews in accordance with the terms shown at checkout.
A renewal payment that has already been processed is generally not refundable solely because the user:
- forgot to cancel the subscription;
- did not use the Product after renewal;
- cancelled the subscription after the payment was processed.
This provision does not limit any rights granted to the user by applicable law.
4. SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
Cancellation stops future automatic renewals; however, it does not by itself reverse a payment that has already been processed or create an automatic right to a refund.
After cancellation, access may remain available until the end of the already paid period.
5. PARTIAL AND PRO RATA REFUNDS
As a general rule, we do not provide partial or pro rata refunds for unused time or an unused portion of the current subscription period.
An exception may apply where such a refund is required by law or where we permanently discontinue a prepaid Product for reasons unrelated to a breach by the user.
6. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
To submit a request, contact support at [email protected].
Please include:
- the email associated with the purchase;
- information sufficient to identify the payment;
- a brief description of the reason for your request.
We may request additional information that is reasonably necessary to verify the payment, account, provision of access or circumstances of the request.
7. REFUND PROCESSING
We will review the request and notify you of the outcome by email.
An approved refund is generally issued to the same payment method used for the original transaction.
The time it takes for the funds to be credited depends on the bank, card issuer and payment provider.
8. CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES
We recommend contacting support first if you believe a payment was made in error or if you have a problem with your subscription.
This allows us to review the payment, subscription status and access provided and, where possible, resolve the matter directly.
If a payment is disputed through a bank, payment network or payment provider, we may provide them with information necessary to review the dispute, including information about:
- the purchase and payment;
- the selected plan;
- the trial and renewal terms;
- acceptance of the purchase terms;
- provision of access;
- use of the account;
- subscription cancellation;
- correspondence with support.
9. DISCONTINUATION OF THE PRODUCT
If we permanently discontinue a paid Product for reasons unrelated to a breach of the terms by the user, the user may be entitled to a pro rata refund for the remaining prepaid period.
If access is terminated due to a material breach of the Terms of Use by the user, payments already made are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.
10. APPLICABLE LAW
This Policy is not intended to limit any mandatory consumer rights.
If applicable law grants you a right to a refund, withdrawal from the contract, cancellation or another legal remedy that cannot be limited by contract, that statutory right remains unaffected by the provisions of this Policy.
